chemical-free pool, rustic romantic setting, communal dining experience
Unpaved roads were a hassle, so be prepared for a bumpy ride!!! Hot water availability was hit-or-miss, leading to chilly showers. The excessive jungle sounds can be disruptive at night, making sleep a challenge!!!

This place was just an excellent fit for a brief pause in Cabo Matapalo with a good price-quality ratio. The yoga class on the ocean-view deck was an amazing experience, surrounded by nature. Arrive before sunset, as the road can be tricky to navigate in the dark.

The atmosphere is incredible, with a vibrant wildlife backdrop of monkeys and colorful birds. Enjoyed the octopus millefeuille, which was always fresh and beautifully presented. However, navigating the unpaved roads was quite a hassle, and the shower water was unpredictable at times. Also, while the location is stunning, the excessive jungle sounds at night sometimes made it hard to sleep.

The yoga class on a beautiful deck was amazing, but the lack of hot water was disappointing.

The manager is incredibly welcoming, and the grounds are a wildlife lover's paradise. The yoga class on the ocean-view deck was a highlight, alongside the delightful raw fish meals. However, the accommodations felt basic given the price, and the lack of air conditioning made for uncomfortable nights amidst loud howler monkeys. The remoteness, while charming, meant a long drive on unpaved roads, and the absence of hot water was a letdown.
